Kingdom Bank Debit Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the issuance, use, and management of a debit card (“Debit Card”) provided by Kingdom Bank (“Bank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, the cardholder (“you” or “your”). By requesting, activating, or using a Debit Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable account agreements, fee schedules, and policies of Kingdom Bank.

1. Ordering a Debit Card

1.1 Eligibility: To order a Debit Card, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian’s consent if under 18.
  • Hold an active checking account with Kingdom Bank in good standing.
  • Provide valid identification and proof of address as required by the Bank.

1.2 Request Process: You may request a Debit Card by:

  • Visiting a Bank branch.
  • Submitting an application through Kingdom Bank’s online banking portal or mobile app.
  • Contacting Kingdom Bank Customer Service.

1.3 Card Issuance: Upon approval, the Bank will issue a Debit Card linked to your designated checking account. The Debit Card remains the property of Kingdom Bank and may be canceled or recalled at our discretion.

1.4 Delivery:

  • Standard delivery: Your Debit Card will be mailed to the address on file within 7-10 business days.
  • Expedited delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee (see Fee Schedule), with delivery in 2-3 business days.
  • Instant issuance: Available at select Kingdom Bank branches, subject to availability.

1.5 Activation: You must activate your Debit Card upon receipt by following the instructions provided (e.g., calling a designated number or using online banking). A Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be issued separately for security.

2. Use of the Debit Card

2.1 Permitted Transactions: The Debit Card may be used to:

  • Withdraw cash from ATMs displaying the [e.g., Visa/Mastercard] logo.

  • Conduct online or phone transactions where permitted.

4. Responsibilities and Liability

4.2 Liability for Unauthorized Transactions:

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

6. Termination or Suspension

7. Amendments

The Bank may amend these Terms at any time.
